Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid USPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return authorization process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely tape the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
